Escape to paradise for a management retreat
Three nights accommodation in Lodge9, fully catered, and all business facilities available in Shed7. Two days of leadership, and strategic discussion, mixed with a bit of Bizcation activity.
Arrive the first night to be greeted with a few beers and wines, with a platter of nibbles, and a full hamper with all the ingredients to make a BBQ in our awesome courtyard. Eye fillet steak, delicious green salad, and fresh baby potatoes.
Awake on your first morning to a gourmet continental breakfast, a selection of fresh juices, homemade yoghurt and muesli, fresh fruits, and home made bread, with freshly and local roasted coffee.
Make use of Shed7 facilities for training and leadership programs. Full wifi, printer, iMac and laptop, white board, large screen Smart tv, HDMI setup and Appletv.
Morning teas, afternoon teas and lunch will be served here. Plenty of room for outside fresh air, a short Marina Beach stroll (2 kilometres on flat and 20 minutes) or a five kilometre hilly walk to the lighthouse – (an hour)
The first evening dinner is at Wahi Restaurant, a two minute stroll from the Lodge9 courtyard. Two courses and wines included.

Awake on the next day for a delicious self serve breakfast – time for a morning run for the early risers!
Meet at Shed7 more Leadership training followed by morning tea and a breakout session at 12 noon departure on your private boat – immerse yourself in a Marine Reserve, snorkel, kayak, SUP, and bond with colleagues.
Tropical buffet lunch included all equipment for all activities, and returned by 4.30pm.
Have a shower, and maybe a sauna, before dinner, and a quiet drink and nibbles reflecting on your day in the courtyard sun. Possibly an early evening Zoom meeting.
At 7pm your in-house chef serves you a three course meal, wines inclusive, and your personal chef in attendance, with wait staff.
A breakfast selection of fresh juices, homemade yoghurt and muesli, fresh fruits, and home made bread, with freshly and local roasted coffee.
A leisurely start, before a relaxed journey home.

If your team is smaller, the six rooms allow for partners to join, and daily activities outside the strategy meetings include craft tours, horse riding, fishing, and guided private tours further North.
